Graduation parties and seeing the joy in the graduates eyes.... Moving on in life!!!

Memorial Day

Barb having a chance to go hangout with friends while they were in town....
Jim and his ability to do what it takes to get him to the next step.... Doing any and everything..

Today I am grateful for:
Today I am grateful for:
Cleaning carpets for a friend and knowing she is very grateful
Caroline being excited that her parents will be here tomorrow, YET nervous at the same time.. (She is aware the year is coming to an END...)
My awareness of the end, yet knowing we will stay in touch and I look forward to going to Germany in a few years.
Meeting the parents and seeing the connection of the reuniting of a long awaiting year
Having a BLAST today while I flipped CAROLINE into the POOL.... with all her school cloths on...
Caroline have a experience this year that will last a lifetime of memories..
Caroline receiving an AWARD last night at MHS.....
A long open honest talk with my IMA..... I love you!!!
Feelings and yet keeping them bottled up... knowing I need to STAY strong..
A "new" relationship with my real mom.... kind of scary, but willing to try it out...
Willingness to trust the outcome and not dwell on the result that are present....
Finding out I have 7-9 guides that are with me all the time
Emotional feeling coming up and yet being afraid to let them show....
Running into Jen today and knowing that we are still as close as we are... (we have not talked in a while due to busy life schedules)
getting hugs from Jen as we leave each other.... (this is new, and I like it)
me feet healing in ADVANCE !!!! walking with comfort.....

The past few weeks
Today I am grateful for:
Sarah being excited about her up-coming trip.... Can't wait to here all about it...
An invite to a Piano Recital and being excited about going then forgetting that I had dinner plans tonight with Caroline, Dennis... LAST chance for Caroline to have TUESDAY night wings...
(sorry Waverlee and Madisson)
Allot of feeling coming up with Caroline preparing to leave... (Knowing that we had a great year, Even with some of the teens age DRAMA that took place..... )
Facing allot of FEAR and knowing that it will pass.... Heck, it's part of the process...
The Extreme Team.... Knowing I will be a part time member.... Caroline leaves that weekend...
(could really use this as a distraction)

Knowing I did my best with Caroline this year and followed through with the commitment of one year.... It was new and hard, yet a learning experience...
Being a THE BEST Step mom and Host mom, daughter, cousin, grand-daughter, friend, wife, Aunt, neice, leader....
Knowing I am choice in what I choose to do with my life
Knowing I am missing the Womans group camp trip!!! HAVE fun and be SAFE!!!

Wanting to change my view on her... Instead of counting the days till she is gone, wanting to cherish the days we have left.....
Realizing how hurt I was at graduation and knowing I was allowing what was being said hurt me, and I should of took it as just information to have and file it away...
